Case Study · ATS Packaging
From “boring portal” to factory-floor command center
ATS Packaging needed to sell a machine-data portal to factory-floor buyers who couldn’t feel its value. We reframed it with an isometric story — and turned a dry admin tool into an essential uptime product.

The challenge
ATS Packaging’s MyPortal — real-time machine data, service history and parts ordering — was being explained like dry admin software. Factory-floor buyers couldn’t feel the value.
Our approach
An isometric story around “Anna,” a worker hit by machine downtime. We staged serial lookups, warranty status, spare-parts ordering and predictive monitoring as one connected floor.
Result → Reframed the product from “another portal” into an essential uptime tool — one video that pre-answers the whole pitch.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What style was used for this project?
Isometric (2.5D) animation, chosen because the story was about a connected system — machine data, parts and monitoring — rather than a single physical object.
