Welcome to ExplainerCue. We are based in Karachi, Pakistan. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Terms
- A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any project.
- Remaining payments must be settled upon project completion or within 7 days of invoice receipt.
- Accepted Methods: We facilitate payments through Payoneer. Clients can use secure payment links supporting credit/debit cards and international transfers. Any applicable transaction or processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
Project Timelines & Cooperation
We commit to using our best efforts to deliver high-quality work. Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback, brand assets, and approvals in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule.
Cancellation of Services
If you choose to cancel a project, you agree to reimburse ExplainerCue for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our work will be entirely error-free. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of business profits, arising from the use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
We believe in building long-term partnerships. In the event of any disagreement, we commit to a collaborative approach to find a fair solution through open dialogue.
Should an amicable resolution not be reached through direct discussion, both parties agree to first seek an independent mediator before pursuing any other formal resolution methods. We prioritize communication to ensure your project experience remains seamless and stress-free.
