Payment Terms
A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any project.
Remaining payments must be settled upon project completion or according to the agreed-upon schedule within 7 days of invoice receipt.
Accepted Payment Methods: We facilitate payments through Payoneer. Clients can make payments via our secure payment links, which support a variety of global options including credit/debit cards and international bank transfers. Any applicable transaction or processing fees associated with the selected payment method are the responsibility of the client.
Project Timelines & Cooperation
We commit to using our best efforts to deliver high-quality work.
Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback, brand assets, and approvals in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule.
Cancellation of Services
If you choose to cancel a project, you agree to reimburse ExplainerCue for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our work will be entirely error-free.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of business profits, arising from the use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
