Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of explainercue.com and any video production services provided by ExplainerCue ("we", "us", "our"), based in Karachi, Pakistan. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

ExplainerCue provides custom animated and live-action video production, including but not limited to 2D, 3D, isometric, product launch, and explainer video services. Specific project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are agreed separately with each client, typically via a written quote or proposal.

Pricing

Published pricing on this site (for example, per-length packages) reflects standard project scope as described on the relevant service page. Projects with additional complexity, custom requirements, or extended revisions may be quoted individually. Prices are subject to change; the price agreed at the time of order confirmation applies to that project.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your quote or on the relevant pricing page. Requests beyond the included rounds, or significant changes to the original brief after production has started, may incur additional cost and will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone, or full-payment structure) are set out in your project quote or invoice. Final files are typically released upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered video asset transfers to the client for their intended use, unless otherwise agreed. ExplainerCue retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.

Any third-party assets used in production (such as licensed music or stock elements) remain subject to their original licence terms and may not be extractable for separate use.

Client-supplied materials

If you provide logos, footage, data, or other materials for use in your project, you confirm you have the right to use and share them with us for that purpose. We are not responsible for verifying third-party rights to materials you supply.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, fees for work already completed (including script, storyboard, or animation stages delivered) are non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability

ExplainerCue provides services on an "as described" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting site functionality, or copying site content without permission for purposes other than personal, non-commercial reference.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or ongoing services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.
